Review the key lessons from application of USAID’s labor market assessment (LMA) toolkit, first developed by FHI 360 under the USAID Workforce Connections project (2014-19). Participants will walk through the core set of LMA elements and tools, then learn about innovative applications to enhance inclusion of at-risk and vulnerable populations, such as youth-led LMAs and LMAs specifically benefiting adolescent girls and young women. The conversation will also touch on future innovations such as green jobs.
