The project will work with Community Level Trainers (CLTs) selected from digitally excluded groups*, with support from Expert Level Trainers (ELTs) to deliver basic digital literacy and intermediate digital skills training to these excluded groups in two target locations Kenya. The training will be based on bespoke manuals and toolkit tailored to the needs and aspirations of the target groups, co-created by the CLTs and ELTs. The co-created manuals will be built on recognized digital literacy frameworks and contextualized based on the representative lived experiences of the CLTs.
